- Cell / Data: While at Brennan Beach RV Resort Verizon worked very well (5g) and AT&T also worked good. We do not have T-mobile, but it looks as though it should work as well. Starlink will be hit or miss for Thousand Trails members. Those with smaller rigs will most likely be in “the field” that will have a better chance of clear views of the skys. Those with larger rigs will be down in the forest where Starlink will most likely not work.

- Seasonal Operation: Like many campgrounds in the region, Brennan Beach RV Resort likely operates seasonally, typically from spring to fall (May 1st to Oct 15th). It’s a popular destination during the warmer months, especially for those looking to enjoy the lake and outdoor activities.
- Reservations: Given its popularity, it’s recommended to make reservations in advance, especially if you’re planning to visit during peak times. We have the Trails Collection Plus membership (with the Adventure membership) and made reservations 90 days in advance, as we have friends that live in Syracuse that we wanted to meet up with.

Shopping
There are several Walmarts within 30 minutes of Brennan Beach RV Resort, but not in the Village of Pulaski. There is a Tops grocery store and Dollar General in Pulaski. Watertown, to the north, has a good selection of stores, including Walmart, Sam’s, Target, Kohls, Home Depot, and Lowes. Oswego to the southwest, has Walmart and Lowes. And if you head towards Syracuse, you can find just about any other store you need (except maybe an IKEA).
While visiting Brennan Beach RV Resort, we went to the:
- The Great New York State Fair in Syracuse
- white water rafting along the Black River a little further north, near Watertown
- Visited the Salmon River Fish Hatchery
- Hiked to see the Salmon River Falls
